Sun execs' resignations mark the end of an era (SFGate - Business & Technology) - Feb 04, 2010

Oracle Chief Hearts N.B.A.'s Warriors (New York Times - DealBook) - Jan 28, 2010

As if Larry Ellison didn't have enough on hands after inking a $7.4 billion deal to buy Sun Microsystems, the Oracle chief said Wednesday he is interested in buying the Golden State Warriors. However, as The Associated Press reported, the news comes as no real surprise Mr Ellison told financial analysts he's trying to buy the team but, he said, "unfortunately you can't have a hostile takeover of a basketball team"
